_____check or money order made out to the college for application fee.
_____yellow college-office application card with the five dollar processing fee.
_____envelope provided by college is enclosed.
_____photo copy of the entire application packet is in a safe place at home.
FILL OUT ALL OF THE BIOGRAPHICAL AND SCHOOL INFORMATION ON THE COUNSELOR/SCHOOL REPORT AND THE TEACHER'S RECOMMENDATION SECTION.
THE STUDENT MUST GET COLLEGE APPLICATIONS, KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION, AND KNOW THE DATES THE APPLICATIONS ARE DUE TO THE COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.
