SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Iona College - The 2008 Iona College Brother Offer Scholarship is provided to high schools with ties to the Congregation of Christian Brothers. Students who have submitted applications to Iona College may sign up in the guidance area to be considered for nomination. Please note nominees must have at least a 1050 on their SATs and at least an 80 GPA.

Bernard C. Harris Memorial Scholarship Program – This scholarship awards $1000 to Catholic school students in each of the four regions nationwide. Students must download the form at www.harrisconnect.com/scholarships and submit the form to the guidance office. Our school may select only one candidate who demonstrates financial need, entrepreneurial spirit, superior family values and a minimum GPA of a B, or 80, or 3.0. Your application must be in the guidance office by February 15, 2008.

Brooklyn College - Invites students to apply for several scholarships whose selection is varied but may include financial need, academic merit, and/or participation in community activities. Applications are available online at http://scholarships.brooklyn.cuny.edu Scholarships must be submitted to Brooklyn College by January 14, 2008.

The Smart Start Scholarship (JP Morgan Chase) is due to Chase by February 1 st, 2008. The application is due to our College Office by January 2, 2008.

The Columbus Citizens Foundation Scholarship is due February 1, 2008 and due to our College Office by January 2, 2008.

The Catholic Student Scholarship is due to St. John’s University by February 15, 2008 and is due to our College Office no later than January 15, 2008.
