Anyone attempting to obtain a transcript or diploma other than their own will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Transcripts will not be released to anyone who has an open balance with the Monsignor Farrell High School Bursar. Fees for transcripts and diplomas are non-refundable.
Alumni Requesting Transcripts
Monsignor Farrell alumni can request copies of their transcripts by following the steps below. Please do not email or call the school with transcript requests.
There is a $10 fee for each copy of the transcript. You may purchase up to 5 copies per transaction.
Step 1: Click the Purchase button below. Once you complete the transaction, you will be redirected to complete the transcript request form. Do not close your browser until you are redirected to the form.
Step 2: Complete the request form, which includes ID verification and information on where you would like your transcript(s) sent.

Current Students and Students Transferring Out
- Students who are transferring out of Monsignor Farrell High School can request their transcripts in the main office in person when they officially sign the transfer paperwork.
- Current Monsignor Farrell students can request their transcripts through the Office of College Advisement and Guidance.
