Failing Grades/Regents Exam Failures
Students with failing grades and/or Regents Exam failures are required to make up those classes/exams over the summer.
These policies and dates are not flexible.
Course Failures
If a student fails a course, information regarding the make-up process will be provided directly to parents by Mr. Fisher. These courses may be completed either remotely (asynchronously) or in person, depending on the subject and the number of enrolled students.
Regents Exam Failures
Students who do not pass a Regents Exam are required to attend Regents review classes beginning Monday, August 3rd, and continuing daily (excluding Fridays) through Monday, August 17th.
The make-up Regents Exams will be administered by the state on either Tuesday, August 18th or Wednesday, August 19th, depending on the official schedule.
Please note: Both the review classes and the make-up exam are mandatory for a student to be eligible to return to Monsignor Farrell in September.
