Midterm Exam Schedule
Exams will begin on Tuesday, January 20th, and will be administered until Monday, January 26th.
Exam rooms will be given to students by their teachers during class and will be displayed throughout the school on the video boards on the day of the exam.

Review Classes
In addition to the Midterm Reviews that are taking place in class, the following classes will be holding reviews before or after school. These are optional for the students. Classes may be added to the list daily, so please check often.

- The Writing Studio will be meeting with Miss Guerriero on Tuesday, January 13, and Friday, January 16, from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm, in the Learning Commons. Any students who would like to review for the upcoming English Regents Exam are welcome to attend these sessions.

General Information Regarding Exams
- Students will only report to school on days that they have an exam(s)scheduled.
- Winter dress code.
- No food service from Denino's at the Den during exam week. Students who have two exams in a day should bring lunch.
- Students are to report to their designated exam rooms as given by their teacher 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the exam.
- Midterms are 2 hours. Students must stay for a minimum of 1.5 hours. Students with extended time will receive 3 hours for a midterm. For questions about extended time, please contact your guidance counselor.
- Parents must call the attendance office by 9:00 am on the day of the exam if a student will be missing a midterm for any reason. Additionally, students must notify the teacher of their absence prior to the exam. Students must provide a doctor’s note upon return.
- Students are dismissed for the day after completing their exam(s) and staying for the minimum required time for each exam.
- Make-up exams for any students who missed a scheduled exam will be given in the Learning Commons at the next available time slot in their testing schedule. Example - If a student misses two midterms on Monday and is scheduled to take an exam on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m., the student must take the first missed exam on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., sit for the scheduled 11:30 a.m. exam, and complete the second makeup exam on Wednesday at an available time slot.
- Students who are taking Regents Exams retakes must take the Regents at the scheduled time. If the Regents exam conflicts with a school midterm, students will take the school exam in the Learning Commons at the next available time slot in their testing schedule.
- We expect academic integrity from all of our students. Any student who does not adhere to our academic integrity policy will receive a “0” on the Midterm.
- All students will have to submit their phones to the proctor at the start of the exam
