Required Calculators

All students are required to have a graphing calculator in all mathematics classes. The math department recommends the Ti-84 Plus CE. This calculator can also be used for chemistry and physics classes. The regular price of this calculator ranges from $100 to $140.

Amazon and Target occasionally sell it for $95. This calculator can be used during all 4 years at Monsignor Farrell.

Maroon & Gold, Inc. does not sell the calculator.

Other Supplies

We recommend waiting to purchase other school supplies until students have met all of their teachers after orientation or the first few days of full classes, as teachers may have specific requirements for their classes.

Locks

All locks come through Monsignor Farrell High School. Do not purchase locks anywhere else. Any locks other than Farrell locks that are found on a locker will be cut, and the contents of the locker will be removed by the Dean of Students.

Incoming freshmen and students who are transferring in will receive their locks at orientation.

Returning students were instructed to keep their locks from last year. Returning students who do not have locks must purchase new locks from the school store.

Students who do not remember the combination to their locks can go to the Dean's Office for assistance during orientation.
