Class of 2021 Senior Prom Survey

Your Response is Needed by Thursday, March 4, 2021


Monsignor Farrell High School is committed to giving the Class of 2021 their well-deserved,  in-person Senior Prom!  This survey is being conducted so that we may gauge interest in the senior prom.  Answers to this survey are not considered obligations to attend or not attend.

Please understand that we must continually abide by the rules and regulations governing in-person gatherings as set by the governor, which are subject to change.  As allowed by the current guidelines, the Senior Prom will be on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, certain New York State and City guidelines will be in place for all who attend:

· Proof of a negative COVID-19 Test (PCR) is needed no more than 72 hours before the date of the prom, or proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination.
· As required by the City of New York,  all Monsignor Farrell High School students and their dates must supply their phone number, address, date of birth, and email addresses for contact tracing.
· Masks must be worn at all times in the building except while eating.
· There will be “dancing zones” and mandatory assigned seating.
· There can be no congregation beyond assigned tables.
