After graduating from Monsignor Farrell High School in 1988, Mr. Bradley attended Ithaca College where he earned his bachelor of arts in history and was a member of Ithaca's national championship football team.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from Wagner College in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Bradley worked as an attorney for the Hudson Legal Group. He then served as an Assistant Athletic Director for Academics & Compliance at Wagner College from 2008 - 2011.

In 2011, Mr. Bradley returned to Monsignor Farrell High School when he was selected as the fourth head football coach in school history, succeeding the legendary Ben Sarullo. In his tenure as head coach, Mr. Bradley led the Lions to four consecutive playoff appearances and back-to-back winning seasons for the first time in nine years. He was named the 2011 NY Post Staten Island Football Coach of the Year. He has served in the Monsignor Farrell High School Department of College Advisement & Guidance since 2011 before moving to the Department of History and  Social Sciences in 2022.

Additionally, Mr. Bradley has served as a teacher and coach at Poly Prep Country Day School, and as an assistant football coach at both the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Wagner College.
