The annual Polar Plunge raises over $8,000 for Special Olympics
Not everyone just chooses to run into the ocean on a frigid early December day. But several Farrell men took the task back on December 4.
That day, Farrell students aplenty boarded buses to Midland Beach. After raising money in support of Special Olympics, the students arrived and changed into their swim and water gear, bravely charging into the ocean.
Overall, the Farrell club, moderated by Mr. Tierney & Mrs. Musanti, raised $8,100.
