Uniform Update

We are aware of the pandemic-related supply-chain delays that School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger is experiencing, which are causing some school uniform items to be backordered or unavailable.
Backordered items and inventory issues are not exclusive to School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. We have experienced similar issues with uniform vendors in the past.
If items from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger do not arrive in time for school or are unavailable for purchase, please do not worry. Students will be permitted to wear the appropriate attire that they have until the uniform items become available and/or the items in your order arrive. We do not expect any parent or student to purchase a blazer or clothing to wear in place of backordered or unavailable items from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger.

Dear Valued Customer,

We are reaching out to you because you have placed an order with us, and we know that you are waiting for your child's uniform item(s). We also understand that this purchase is unlike any other clothing purchase you might make for your child this year; this purchase is for the start of the new school year and, therefore, it relates to your child feeling at ease about their first day, fitting in, being compliant with your school's uniform policy, and eliminating stress in what is already a somewhat stressful time. We do understand, and our entire team is working diligently to overcome some significant challenges we face resulting from the pandemic.
Labor Shortage:
Like so many businesses around the world, we are contending with a labor shortage. At the same time, we are receiving more orders, and on average considerably larger orders, than ever before. The staff in our distribution center is working around the clock to pick, process, and ship your orders. 
Global Supply Chain Delays:
In anticipation of the increase in demand this back-to-school shopping season, we ordered our inventory in greater volume, and earlier, than we normally would. This put us in a very strong position at the start of the ordering season. As we approach the final month of the season, our inventory (in certain colors/sizes/styles) has begun to run a bit lower. We had a preplanned replenishment order in place some time ago...a second wave of inventory that we expected to arrive in our warehouse already...that is now late due to ships being delayed at ports. This is the result of tremendous demand across industries combined with the labor shortage at the ports. We have containers full of our products sitting on ships that are waiting to be offloaded. 
Shipping Timelines:
1. For products we have in stock and available at the time you placed your order, we are currently getting orders out the door in 10-15 business days. Then it is just a matter of your order's time in transit from our warehouse to your front door.
2. For products that are not available at the time you placed your order, those products may be in various stages of readiness - on a ship in transit...on a ship at process of being retrieved from our secondary storage facility (local to our distribution center). Unfortunately, due to the issues described above, it is nearly impossible for us to know - and communicate to you - the specific dates these products may arrive at our facility. This is also the reason you may see a delay in a previously provided backorder date. 
3. Your order is currently pending in our system. When it can be fulfilled, it will drop into production and you will receive an automated email notification. Approximately 4 – 6 business days after that, you will receive a shipping email notification, which includes tracking details.
We understand your frustration about these delays, and we know how important this purchase is to you. Please know that all of us here at School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger are doing everything in our power to work through these challenges and to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please read the following information carefully regarding the school uniform policy for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year and the new uniform policy for 2022-2023.

Uniform Standards

Monsignor Farrell High School is currently in the process of updating/revising the Monsignor Farrell High School Student Handbook. The personal appearance of our students is an important expectation in that it reflects on the student as well as the school.
Specific regulations are forthcoming regarding uniform and grooming standards, which will be published in the Monsignor Farrell High School Student Handbook.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your cooperation.
Uniform and grooming standards will be strictly enforced by the Office of The Dean of Students.

School Year 2021-2022

All incoming freshmen (Class of 2025) will be required to purchase the new Tommy Hilfiger school uniform.
All members of the Class of 2022 - 2024 may continue to wear the current school uniform from this year with the following considerations:
If you need to purchase any new uniform items, they must be purchased through the Tommy Hilfiger uniform webpage. Replacement uniform items from the current school uniform are no longer available.
All students (including the Class of 2022) MUST purchase the new official school uniform blazer through our Tommy Hilfiger uniform ordering website for the school year 2021-2022.
Once Tommy Hilfiger sends us confirmation that the blazer was purchased, we will order the mandatory Monsignor Farrell High School uniform lapel pin for the student, which will be awarded during a special pin ceremony in September.
The gym uniform and the uniform tie can be purchased through the school bookstore in September.

School Year 2022-2023

All students will be required to be in the new Tommy Hilfiger school uniform, which consists of:
Fall/Spring Uniform
  • Maroon Short-Sleeve Interlock or Pique Polo
  • Flat Front Twill Blend or Cotton Pants in Khaki
  • Belt (black dress belt of your choice)
  • Dress socks
  • School Shoe (same for Fall/Spring and Winter Uniform; purchased through Styl-O-Pedic)
Winter Uniform
  • Herringbone Flat Front Gray Dress Pants
  • Pinpoint Oxford Shirt in White or Blue (long or short sleeve)
  • School Tie (purchased in the Monsignor Farrell book store in September)
  • Maroon Long Sleeve V-Neck Sweater 
  • Belt (black dress belt of your choice)
  • Dress socks
  • School Shoe (same for Fall/Spring and Winter Uniform; purchased through Styl-O-Pedic)
Special Occasion Uniform
  • Navy Blazer
  • Herringbone Flat Front Gray Dress Pants
  • Pinpoint Oxford Shirt in White or Blue (long or short sleeve)
  • School Tie
  • Belt (black dress belt of your choice)
  • Dress socks
  • School Shoe (same for Fall/Spring and Winter Uniform)
  • (No V-Neck Sweater or Senior Sweater with special occasion uniform)
Gym Uniform (purchased in the Monsignor Farrell book store in September)
  • Uniform T-Shirt
  • Uniform Shorts

The traditional Senior Sweater will continue to be part of the school uniform.  They are purchased through Monsignor Farrell High School at the end of junior year.

Ordering from Tommy Hilfiger

2. In the FIND YOUR SCHOOL section, please enter either your Partner School Code MONS03 or search for Monsignor Farrell High School. Please also select your son's grade, gender, and either Winter Uniform or Spring and Fall Uniform from the Program dropdown menu.
3. The website will automatically apply logo requirements (or options) as determined by Monsignor Farrell High School.
4. Once you have identified a product for purchase, select your color, size, logo (if applicable), and quantity. After clicking “Add to Cart”, the items will be added to your shopping cart, and you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout Now.

6. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the ship date and tracking information. Please allow 10-12 business days from the time your order is placed for it to be delivered.
7. Your order history will be stored in your account, and you can come back to the website anytime, 24/7, to place additional orders.
