CONGRATULATIONS to the SOPHOMORE TRACK & FIELD TEAM
As they produced 3 gold medalists at the Sophomore sectionals on Fri. 1/6 evening. The team was led by meet MVP Joe Crispi who won the pole vault and was second in the high jump. Justin Sicari also had an outstanding day as he won the high jump and was third in the triple jump. Paul Folino was our third gold medalist as he was victorious in the shot put. Luke Jackson took home the silver medal in the 1600 and Sean Crowley placed third in the 3200.

They beat St. Joseph by the Sea 5-1 last night (12-1).

CONGRATULATIONS to the VARSITY CROSS-COUNTRY TEAM
On dominating the Staten Island Championships at rain drenched Clove Lakes Park yesterday.
The team was paced by the 1-2-3-4 finish of Dan Galford, Steve Arnone, John Bentivegna and Alex Lo Presti who all crossed the finish line together. Dan Lewandowski completed the scoring finishing in 6th place. Dan Stanilewicz rounded out the squad finishing in 11th place.
The team tied the all time record for best score in the meet -- set 31 years ago -- by the 1980 Farrell cross-country team.
In the latest edition of SX Nation our team is currently ranked 44th in the country!
