Due by May 15th
Parents of students who receive education services as identified in an IESP or IEP are required to submit a Parental Letter of Intent (LOI/PNI) each school year to ensure that IESP services are in place for the next academic school year.
Please submit the document before May 15th, 2026, to allow time for any follow-up that may arise.

When emailing the letter to the CSE, send it to CSE11PNI@schools.nyc.gov and copy (cc) studentservices@msgrfarrellhs.org
If you have already submitted the letter to the CSE for the 2026-2027 school year, please forward the email chain, including the confirmation email from the CSE, to us at studentservices@msgrfarrellhs.org
Important Notes
The Student ID is the 9-digit number located on your son's IESP.
Next to "Child's Grade," you must put the grade your son will be in next school year (freshman/grade 9). If you put their current grade, the CSE will not accept your letter.
This letter must be emailed directly to CSE11PNI@schools.nyc.gov from you, the parent. The CSE will only accept letters that come directly from an email account that they have on file for your son.
