Founded in 1961, Monsignor Farrell High School is an all-boys Catholic High School. Our average class size is 26 with a 14:1 student-to-faculty ratio.

We are accredited by the New York State Board of Regents and the Middle States Association of Colleges & Schools.

The administration, faculty, and staff at Monsignor Farrell High School strive to provide quality education to our young men. Our mission is to develop the Vir Fidelis, a Faithful Man, in an atmosphere of Catholic faith and values; an individual aware of his God-given talents, confident in his abilities, dedicated to his family, and oriented to the service of God and community.

In cooperation with the students’ parents, the proper functions of the Catholic school are to create for its community a special atmosphere animated by the gospel spirit of freedom and charity, and to help youth grow so that the knowledge the students gradually acquire of the world, life, and humanity is illuminated by faith.

Stemming from the true understanding of human nature is the need for the full and harmonious development of the physical, moral, intellectual, and social endowments of each individual.

Monsignor Farrell High School’s concern is to graduate mature, faithful men, who will be sensitive and productive members of society.

We offer an approach to life that is simultaneously Catholic, American, and contemporary while stressing the importance of service to others and teach our students to be seekers of peace and justice.

Monsignor Farrell High School seeks individuals who will not only be outstanding educators in the classroom but role models for our Faithful Men, driven by our philosophy and guided by our mission.
