The Business & Finance Institute is proud to host one of our student entrepreneurial leaders, Alex Kagan '26, who will present to his fellow students on learning about financial responsibility, networking with professionals, and his experiences within the financial world and with entrepreneurship through the programs and real-world opportunities he has experienced.
Alex will speak about launching a business from an idea and the steps he took along the way, including networking with professionals in the financial world and building sales skills.
Alex was chosen to compete in the 2026 Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) and has followed his passion for the financial industry as a financial broker at NexGen Lending. He will share what he has learned about financial responsibility and awareness for teens ages 13-17 as they prepare for college and life away from home.
As the CEO of GrowPlay Invest, he will be presenting an interactive education solution focused on young investors.
