Members of the Class of 2026 and/or their parents may pick up report cards and diplomas on the dates listed below only if all of the following have been met:

Completed College Advisement & Guidance Survey (see instructions below)

Paid all tuition and fees via FACTS ($0 balance)

Returned Lenovo and all state textbooks
Please be advised that if any of the above are not satisfied, report cards and diplomas will not be issued.
The college advisement and guidance survey and balances on the FACTS account must be satisfied before coming to pick up the report card and diploma.
If Lenovos and textbooks are owed, they can be returned when you come to pick up the diploma and report card.

Students may not pick up a diploma or report card for anyone other than themselves.
Parents may pick up the diploma and report card for their sons only.
Those who are unable to pick up their diploma and report card on the above dates can do so in the Main Office on Wednesdays only beginning July 8th from 8:00 am - noon.
Yearbooks are still being printed. We will notify you by email when they are ready to be picked up.
College Advisement & Guidance Survey
As a reminder, the Class of 2026 survey from the Department of College Advisement & Guidance must be completed before you are able to pick up your diploma and report card.
The survey was reviewed with the Class of 2026 and started during the school year during guidance class.
To access the survey:

Log in to Naviance

Click on About Me in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear.

Under Surveys, click on Surveys from your School

In the new page, click on 2026 College and Scholarship Results Survey
*Members of the Class of 2026 must enter their personal email addresses in the form, not a parent's email address or their Farrell email address.
The survey must be completed thoroughly and in its entirety.
Please note that this information has been available on Schoology, on paper notices handed out in May, and in email notices in June.
The longer this is delayed, the less likely you will be able to begin college in the fall.
