- Friday, June 27th from noon to 2:00 pm
- Tuesday, July 1st, and Wednesday, July 2nd from 8:00 am to noon
Q: If a student was absent on Friday, will he be notified if he failed a Regents exam or a course?

A: Any student who failed a course received a blue-colored notification on Friday, June 27th, outlining their credit recovery plan.
- Some courses will be asynchronous, beginning Monday, July 7th, with daily assignments that must be completed and submitted online.
- Other courses will be in-person, beginning Monday, July 28th
.
Q: Is Regents Review mandatory? Can students work with a private tutor instead?
A: Yes, Regents Review is mandatory at Monsignor Farrell. Students who are required to attend received a cream-colored notification on Friday, June 27th.
- Review classes will run daily from Monday, August 4th, through Monday, August 18th, excluding Fridays, August 8th and 15th.
- Regents exams will be administered on Tuesday, August 19th, and Wednesday, August 20th, based on the state schedule.
Q: If students already meet the state minimum for graduation, why do they need to retake a Regents exam?
A: While a student may meet the minimum graduation requirements, Monsignor Farrell's policy requires all students to retake any Regents exam they did not pass. Our goal is for each student’s transcript to reflect a passing grade in every Regents subject, demonstrating academic success and readiness for the next step.
