Monsignor Farrell invites you to our annual Christmas Fair on Sunday, December 7th
The fair will run from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm in the Monsignor Farrell gym (2900 Amboy Road).
Experience the Christmas spirit with raffles, shopping, delicious treats, crafts, and more.
Save the date and bring your family and friends to celebrate the season together!
$5 per family of 4, or $3 per person at the door.

2025 MONSIGNOR FARRELL CHRISTMAS FAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Set up begins at 8:00 am
Vendors can only park in lot prior to opening. Cars must be moved out of the lot by 9:15 am
VENDOR CONTRACT
BY COMPLETING THIS REGISTRATION FORM, I AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. I UNDERSTAND THAT ANY MERCHANDISE SHOWN WILL BE AT MY OWN RISK AND THAT MONSIGNOR FARRELL HIGH SCHOOL WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY CONCERNING MERCHANDISE, OR FOR THE ACTIONS OF ANY VENDORS OR CUSTOMERS CONCERNING LOSS OR INJURY TO ANY PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
At the rate of $150.00, I will be supplied an 8' x 3' table and 2 chairs with limited space on either side and working space behind. There is a limit of 2 spaces per vendor. First-time vendors are limited to 1 space. If we have any additional spaces open we will notify you and let you purchase a second spot. I understand that if I require garment racks, table extensions, or extra space for my items. I must reserve 2 spaces and will be asked to remove any items that extend out of my reserved area. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment and completed contract. I understand that no spots are guaranteed. However, a returning vendor will have priority for the same location they had the previous year.
I further understand that in no event will a vendor have priority for a spot if the signed contract fee paid in full is not received prior to the deadline of Oct. 15, 2025.. After October 25 a $10 fee will be added. All vendors must be set up in full by 9:00 am. After 9:00 am, no vendor will be permitted in for set-up and all money paid will be forfeited. No vendor will remove merchandise from the building until close of the fair at 4:30 pm. This is to ensure the safety of all customers attending the fair. We will have volunteers to help you with merchandise. Monsignor Farrell reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar merchandise.
Only 1 vendor of Direct-Sales Companies will be accepted, ex.: Touchtone, Park Lane, Roden and Fields, Pampered Chef, etc.
NOTE: ALL VENDOR VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED OUT OF THE PARKING LOT AFTER YOUR MERCHANDISE IS UNLOADED. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED BY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF MONSIGNOR FARRELL HIGH SCHOOL. If you have any questions about the fair, please email farrellchristmasfair@gmail.com
