Students enrolled in Chemistry and Physics will take two Regents exams this year:
1 - The new Regents exam administered in early June.
2 - The older Regents exam (currently being phased out) administered during the traditional Regents testing period in mid-June.
Students only need to pass one of the two exams to earn state credit.
The higher exam score will be averaged into the course grade and reflected on the student's transcript.
