Social Media Registration Form

All Monsignor Farrell High School faculty/staff members and/or coaches are required to register any social media account that they maintain for any Monsignor Farrell High School organization, academic department, institute, club, athletic team, etc.

Guidelines regarding social media accounts are included in the Monsignor Farrell High School Employee Handbook.


 
 
If you have a Monsignor Farrell faculty/staff email, please list that. If not, list your personal email address.
 
Ex. Farrell football, FOSI, Italian-American cultural society, etc.
