Faculty & Staff IRIS Contact Form


Complete this form only if you wish to change your contact information or if you are a new faculty /staff member.

The Immediate Response Information System (IRIS) is used to alert faculty, parents, and students of specific, high-priority information and events via automated phone calls and text messages.

The contact information that you provide will be used for these IRIS notifications. IRIS alerts will be sent to the phone number(s) (up to 3) that you list.

This is not the same as your emergency contact.

IRIS Alerts are sent in the following ways:

  • A phone call with a recorded message from Monsignor Farrell High School. It is important that you listen to the entire recording.
  • A text message (if you indicate that the phone number that you provide is able to receive text messages)
